Overall, DSF will bring German combat sports fans over 170 hours of Octagon™ action each year.

Noted combat sports experts Tobias Drews and Oliver Copp will provide German language commentary.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is highly professionally structured, has great athletes and clear rules and is one of the most popular sports in the world. The UFC upgrades our program portfolio for the year 2009."

UFC President Dana White said, "We’ve always wanted to bring the UFC to Germany. We are very happy to reach this agreement with DSF and look forward to bringing German fight fans the biggest fights and best fighters in the world. Before now, our passionate German fans had to jump on a plane to catch the UFC action, now we are coming to them in their own living rooms on DSF.”
