Two of Poland's finest will compete on the first UFC card held in their country on Saturday, April 11, as Lodz' Pawel Pawlak meets TUF Nations finalist Sheldon Westcott and Orneta's Krzysztof Jotko faces newcomer Garreth McLellan in UFC Fight Night bouts at Krakow Arena.
The bouts are part of a card headlined by the return of Mirko Cro Cop against Gabriel Gonzaga in a highly-anticipated rematch.
Welterweight prospect Pawlak has won all but one of his 11 pro MMA bouts, with nine of his victories coming before the final bell. In Canada's Westcott, he will face a hungry up and comer who is 9-1-1 in his last 11 matches.
Owner of a 2-1 UFC record with wins over Bruno Santos and Tor Troeng, the 25-year-old Jotko will be tasked with welcoming South African debutant Garreth "Soldier Boy" McLellan to the Octagon this April. McLellan is currently on a six-fight winning streak.
