Cummins Steps In for Evans Against DC

Newcomer Pat Cummins takes on Daniel Cormier in the UFC 170 co-main event...
Former Penn State All-American wrestler Patrick Cummins will step up on short notice and put his unbeaten pro MMA record on the line to face Daniel Cormier in the co-main event of UFC 170 on February 22 in Las Vegas.

Cummins, 4-0, replaces Rashad Evans, who was forced out of the bout due to a leg injury. The Pennsylvania native had faced Cormier on the wrestling mat when the two were amateurs, but now the gloves are on for what promises to be an intriguing light heavyweight bout.
