Biography

TRAINING: Strength and Conditioning in the morning, followed by BJJ, then rest. Then kickboxing / Muay Thai followed up with wrestling to end the day. Six days a week.

Thoughts on opponent, Karlos Vemola? Very strong and aggressive wrestler with powerful striking.

When and why did you start training for fighting? In 2006. I wanted to move from Karate to MMA.

Maximum Fighting Championship (MFC) Light Heavyweight Champion, 2nd degree Chito-Ryu Karate Black Belt
