TRAINING:  Pad drills 10 - 10:45, followed by grappling 11-13:00. Rest, then 7-8 pm sparring

When I was 15, I started martial arts to keep fit, and found out I was good at it.

WPKC World Kickboxing 2000 Champion, Cage Rage Middleweight Champion 2003

Randy Couture.

What is your favorite technique?
The winning one

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?
The UFC is the holy grail of MMA. I am delighted to be part of it.

Carpenter
