TRAINING: I start with a good breakfast before heading to training. I train from 10 am till 12, working boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling and MMA, depending on what day it is. After that I have something to eat before I do my cardio session in the afternoon, then I am at my school teaching until 10 pm.
Thoughts on opponent, John Lineker? He seems like he comes in with the intention of knocking you out, as he throws all of his punches with a lot of power. The guy has a ton of experience fighting in Brazil and I'm looking forward to having a good fight and putting on a show for the fans.
When and why did you start training for fighting? To challenge myself. I started training in 1991, when I was six
