TRAINING: Lots of sparring and conditioning and working on my technique - I do not have a typical day, as my coaches like to vary each day's training
Thoughts on opponent, Mike Massenzio? This is my first fight at middleweight, so it will be interesting to see how I cope with the new weight. I feel strong and desperate to get back to fighting after a long break. Mike is a good opponent. I feel we have similar styles. I think I will be too fast and explosive for him. I hope he has the guts to come out and fight, as I want to put on a show for the UFC fans. We are paid by the UFC to entertain and I have been frustrated in two fights against Jon Madsen and my last opponent, Ronny Markes, who just wanted to hold me for the whole fight. All I want to say to Mike is let's go out there and have a 'tear up' and put on a war for the fans and the UFC, get Fight of the Night, shake hands, and go for a beer after.
Thoughts on opponent, Ryan Jimmo? I respect any fighter that steps in the cage, and like all the opponents I have fought, I do not underestimate the skills or ability of Ryan Jimmo. However, I am going in to win this fight.

I hope to prove I am good enough for the UFC and to eventually become one of their main fighters. I am very grateful for the opportunity.
