When and why did you start training for fighting? 2002, Needed to keep competition in my life. My first fight I did on a dare from a friend.

What ranks and titles have you held? 2007 Arnold Classic Absolute Grappling Champ, Gladiators Fighting HW Champion, Fightfest HW Champion

Do you have any heroes? Randy Couture, my Grandfather Hendricks - he is the finest man I have ever known.
