TRAINING: Just grinding. Working my cardio, wrestling, jiu-jitsu and striking

When and why did you start training for fighting? At age 14, because I liked to fight; it just came naturally for me

What does it mean for you to fight in STRIKEFORCE? It means I get to fight some of the best fighters in the world and that I am able to feed my family doing something I love.
