TRAINING: Wake up around 10:30, eat breakfast, head to workouts at 12, get done around 2:30, then head to the house, eat lunch and spend some time with the family. Then I head to workouts at 8 to 10:30, come home, watch TV, and pass out.
Thoughts on opponent, Josh Koscheck? I think he is a tough fighter, but I think I can win this fight. He has good wrestling and good hands, but I see myself a little better in both areas, which should make for a great fight.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to be fighting in the UFC because this is where the best fighters are and that's what I want - to fight the best.
