TRAINING: A typical day of training is lots of sparring early in the day, then a bit of a break for a few hours and in the evening lots of technique work followed by conditioning.
Thoughts on opponent, Pascal Krauss? Pascal Krauss is a tough guy. He’s unbeaten so he clearly is going to be confident going into the fight. He’s got good boxing and wrestling, so I'm expecting to face a well rounded guy.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started about four and a half years ago. It’s fun and I like to test myself in competition.
