TRAINING: The days vary. Mon Wed Fri is strength and conditioning. Mon Wed is wrestling. Tues Thurs Sat is sparring. Mon Wed Thur Fri is mitts and Tues Fri jiu jitsu

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training BJJ in 1999 and competed a lot and figured the next step was MMA.

What titles have you held? Ring of Fire Light heavyweight Champion

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is the opportunity of a lifetime.  It’s what every fighter wants.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn?
I have a degree in mathematics from the University of Colorado

What was your job before you started fighting? I bar tended and taught BJJ
