Delson HelenoWhen and why did you start training and fighting? I started trainning in 1996, fighting in 2000. I started Capoeira and went to Brazilian Jiu jitsu then thought it was the ideal combination for MMA. I started fighting because I think it is what I do best and it's a cool and honest way to make a living. How many bouts do you have? Any titles? Won Titles in Brazil and IFL in 2008. Team champion in 2010. AOF 2004, Top Fighter 2010, Fight Club 1 - Brazilian Stars 2011. What were the best results of your fights? Have you ever fought a famous fighter? My best result was when I won the IFL title (International Fight League) already fought with Jake Ellenberger. How is your diet during training? Avoid as much salt, fat and sugar. What's your favorite tecnique? Armlock. What does it mean to you, to fight in the UFC? It's a dream Do you have a heros? Renato Babalu . Because he is a top athlete that has a history in MMA, I follow his carreer and had the opportunity to train with him and I learned a lot. What is your educational background? Finished 4th Grade What did you do before you started fighting?
I worked in a fruit market. Loader of fruit stalls at Rio in CEASA loading trucks, worked in the middle of the night on weekends.
