TRAINING: I wake up to take my early morning 2 mile jog and after that I head to the gym from 10-12 for my Jitz training. Tthen I go home, rest a little, and then I’m back at it again from 5-7 for 4 rounds of padwork, 3-4 rounds of sparring and to work on my standup technique.
When and why did you start training for fighting? My brother pushed me into training to keep me out of trouble on the streets.
What ranks and titles have you held? Legacy 145 & 155 belt. Purple belt in BJJ.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? The world!
