Biography

TRAINING: A typical day of training for me is the morning pro team session at Alliance MMA. Live wrestling, drills, technique, small glove sparring. Then live sparring rounds, 2 morning sessions per week. Evening sessions are either strength and conditioning, pad work or drilling with a teammate. I also squeeze in a treadmill sprint circuit twice a week.

When and why did you start training for fighting?
I have studied martial arts most of my life. I came across BJJ about six or seven years ago and fell in love. I started competing and dominated. I wanted to try my hand at the real thing and was very successful with MMA too. So it all just snowballed for me.
