Biography

ATHLETIC BACKGROUND: Lifelong martial artist. I’ve been doing Taekwondo since age five.

WHAT WOULD BECOMING A UFC FIGHTER MEAN TO YOU: Everything. I've been becoming the best martial artist I can possibly be since age five. This is the next step in showing that I am the best in the world.

MINI-BIO: Born in Owensboro, KY. Moved to New Orleans, LA at age five. Started training Taekwondo under my father immediately after. Competed locally, regionally and nationally in Olympic style Taekwondo all through my childhood. I regret declining an invitation to train at the Olympic training center in Denver, CO that given to me after my performance in the junior nationals. I decided to take the next step in becoming a better marital artist by taking my first amateur MMA fight after watching my first local show with my family. As an amateur, I went 14-1 with 13 first-round knockouts and one third-round knockout. As a pro, I've won six in a row with all first round finishes (Five KOs, one submission). I've put aside my previous careers to make this my entire life and passion. This is my opportunity to prove that I belong fighting the best in the world and to provide for my family, especially my eight-year-old son, Tai James Le.

• Pro since 2013

• Lost pro debut, unbeaten since

• Six first round finishes

• Six wins by KO, one by submission (undisclosed submission) – has finished all wins
