Biography

TRAINING: Morning session of running/ weightlifting, Evening session of Technique and Cardio

When and why did you start training for fighting? I worked with a guy who was a professional mixed martial artist.  I watched some of his videos one day at work and was hooked.  I was looking for some kind of competitive outlet anyway, since I hadn’t wrestled in competition in a while.  I had my first training session about three years ago and I completely fell in love with the sport.

What ranks and titles have you held? ISKA US Amateur Welterweight Champ, Wild Bills Fight Night 8-man Lightweight Tournament Champ, multiple NAGA and Casca-Grossa Grappling Tournament Champ

Do you have any heroes? Kyle Maynard, my mother, and Randy Couture.

What is your favorite technique? Quart-of-blood technique

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? AA at Gainesville State College.  Working on BA at University of Georgia

What was your job before you started fighting? I work as a merchandiser for Pepsi, a middle school wrestling coach, and I am also a student.
