TRAINING: I train a lot of conditioning, jiu-jitsu, wrestling and boxing.

When and why did you start training for fighting? Started Judo at age 4, Boxing at age 14, and Jiu Jitsu at age 18

What ranks and titles have you held? Former interim UFC Heavyweight Champion. WEF Title in 1999, Rings 16 man tournament 2000, former PRIDE Heavyweight Champion. Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo (received both in 1999)

Do you have any heroes? My Father

What is your favorite technique? BJJ/ Arm Bar

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I’m very excited to be part of the greatest organization in the world.

What was your job before you started fighting? Jiu-Jitsu Instructor
