Biography

When and why did you start training and fighting?
I started at 17 because of a family conflict and to solve a health problem. The fight makes you think more, be more polite, human, friendly and helped solve my health problem. Thanks to MMA I am a great man today.

How many bouts do you have? Any titles?
26 fights with 3 titles in Curitiba:  Champions GP champion,  Samurai FC and Top fight.

What were the best results of your fights? Have you ever fought a famous fighter?
Most fights ended with submission and I have about 10 knockouts.

How is your diet during training?
I eat a lot of carbohydrate. To make weight my diet is based on water and vegetables.

What's your favorite tecnique?
Brazilian Jiu-Jistu.

What does it mean to you, to fight in the UFC?
Everything! A life achievement after much suffering.

Do you have a heroes? 
God, because he gave me everything I have today; peace, health and took me from where I was to put me where I am now. 

What is your educational background?
I finished High School.

What did you do before you started fighting?
I used to watch cars, sold chocolate on the streets, worked in a market and still am a delivery man.
