Biography

TRAINING: A typical day of training would be multiple workouts, various fight regimens and pushing my body and mind every day beyond my limits so I can be the best welterweight in the universe.

Thoughts on opponent, Wagner Silva? I respect him just like every opponent, but I'm prepared to put on a good show November 8th!

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started wrestling young, so my preparation there helped form the man I am now.

Pac 10 wrestling Champion, 2x NCAA All-American

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?
It’s a dream come true, but this is just the beginning. I will be a champion.

Bachelors degree in Sociology from Oregon State
