Bobby GreenTRAINING: I’m training with Jeremy Horn’s fight team and we train 3 times a day. We begin with 2 hours of conditioning in the morning with some standup or ground work then do a 2 hour weight lifting program and 2 hr more of standup or ground at the end of the day; so in all, it’s about 6 hrs of training a day.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Started training 3.5 years ago because I had a son. What ranks and titles have you held? King of the Cage Champion, Total Fighting Alliance Champion, Warriors Fighting Championships Champion Do you have any heroes? None What does it mean for you to fight in STRIKEFORCE? It’s an opportunity to change MMA, to bring a different feel of MMA, to bring an entertaining style. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No college. What was your job before you started fighting? Warehouse worker Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? 2-Time State placer in wrestling in High School Favorite grappling technique: Slamming people Favorite Striking technique: Knocking people out What do you consider to be the key fight in your career, and why? When I knocked out Crazy Horse Bennett, because it was a fight where people counted me out and said I had no chance.
