Ben SaundersTraining: Like every fight, I will be getting my ass whooped in preparation for this fight in every aspect, including conditioning, sparring, technique, and game plan training. I strive to make every performance inside the Octagon a memorable one. I am always training to be prepared for anything and anyone. It doesn't matter what their size, stats, strengths, or weaknesses may be. I continuously train to better myself as a whole and to be well rounded and comfortable to win no matter where the fight goes, or what they might try to do. Above all, my dedication, mentality, and philosophy of martial arts and fighting is what makes me who I am and the fighter I have become, which I have to thank Bruce Lee for, as he has had the biggest impact on my fighting and my life. When and why did you start training for fighting? I’ve been doing martial arts since I was eight years old. When I saw the UFC in ’93 back when I was ten years old, I was hooked. I started training in everything and I knew that that was what I wanted to do.
