TRAINING: MMA Practice two times per day. I also alternate strength and conditioning workouts with 1 on 1 technique sessions.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I have been training for fighting my entire life, first as a way of self defense then 4 years ago as a career path.

What ranks and titles have you held? Fight Nights Welterweight Champion

Do you have any heroes? My father and my family, they are a big part of my life. Fedor Emelianenko

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s a dream come true. I want to be UFC Champion; this is the ultimate honor in our sport.
