Biography

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in April 2007 after attending my first MMA event. 

What ranks and titles have you held? I won the Tachi Palace featherweight championship and defended it twice.  

Do you have any heroes? My hero is my mom. 

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Making the UFC means that I accomplished a goal I set out to do when I started fighting and that hard work does pay off. 

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went a few semesters to a local community college. 

What was your job before you started fighting? My job prior to fighting was selling cell phones.

Favorite grappling technique: Guillotine
